    I recently enjoyed a bright, spacious room with a fabulous rooftop pool for relaxing, but the swimming pool was smaller than expected from the photos. I'd definitely stay here again!

    The rooms - bright, outstanding with AC and good sized window plus the coffee pot. Particularly good and magnificent location, a 10-15 minute walk from Riverside Retail Park. Wonderful restaurant at the ground floor.

    You won't want to miss the nearby Buritto Majadero for killer tacos and Helados Yomi for the best ice cream around. The A/C and fan in the room kept us cool after our culinary adventures. We even snagged a mini-fridge to store our goodies!

    I don't even want to describe it in detail, so as not to relive all the horror and dirt of being in this roadside bug house. In short, DIRT, DISGUSTING DIRT, that it was scary to touch anything. The place felt neglected, with hair everywhere and lingering unpleasant odors. I can't stress how loud it was, both day and night.

    Exceptionally comfortable and incredibly beautiful hotel managed by welcoming people. I had outstanding and amazing room with good sized window and microwave, as example. The staff provided friendly service and assisted with everything I needed. The property had a great location just walking distance from Centro Maya. The property was set in a local area. Food was delicious and I have nothing but great memories from this trip.

    a rooftop pool to remember

    The view from the infinity pool was amazing, especially during sunset. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests.

    Unfortunately, cleanliness was a significant issue. The towels were stained, and there were persistent noises throughout the night that disrupted our sleep.

    The staff here was super helpful. My room, the Superior Family Room, was spacious and had a great view over the city. The location is perfect, just a short walk to 5th Avenue and the beach, made exploring easy. I loved the new shop and cafe added to the front of the building. Great for a quick bite! I did notice a noise issue at night, hard to sleep comfortably. The pool was nice, but it felt a bit crowded at peak times.

    I stayed here for 9 nights and loved my choice. The staff were all affable and polite. Its location was excellent, just a short stroll away from the National Emergency Services Museum. This hotel is situated in a really nice area, and the restaurant served appetizing food.
